Busking is a brilliant way to raise money for WaterAid.  In 2011 Picturehouse Choir went ‘Busking for Water’ for the first time, a fun time was had by all and over £170 was raised for WaterAid in just one day! We held a bigger event in Manchester City Centre for World Water Day in March 2014 and raised a further £358!

It is very straightforward to organise a busk in your own town, you just need a Street Collections Licence from the relevant local council.  It is also a great way for everyone to brush up on the Sing for Water North repertoire whilst raising even more money for WaterAid!
